Most items ship in 1–2 business days. Handmade/Austin-made pieces may take longer — see the product description for exact timing. No shipping on weekends/holidays.

Domestic (US)

3–5 business days after shipping. Cost calculated at checkout. Tracking sent via email.

International

We ship worldwide. 7–21 business days after shipping. Customer is responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Not responsible for carrier/customs delays. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days.
